We are committed to providing you with a comfortable and rejuvenating experience during your stay. To ensure a smooth process, please read and understand our booking, cancellation, and refund policy outlined below.

1.1 Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

1.2 Guest Information: When making a reservation, please provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, contact details, and any specific requirements or preferences you may have.
Client Resort Policy: Check-In, Check-Out, and Service Hours
Service Package Billing and Duration
All resort stays are booked as a flat-rate service package (e.g., 6 Days/5 Nights). The charge covers the comprehensive care, accommodation, and guaranteed staff availability for the entire duration of the booked package, not a per-hour or strict 24-hour daily rate.
The duration of your service package is defined as follows:

Service Commencement (Start of Billing): Services officially begin at the time our dedicated staff goes on call to coordinate your pickup or arrival, typically starting at time of surgery. This time reflects our commitment to immediate, guaranteed availability for your surgery and transport needs, regardless of the time you physically check into the room.

Service Conclusion (End of Billing): Services conclude at the time of your check-out and departure from the facility.
Internal Scheduling Block (Calendar Time)
To ensure the highest quality of care and safety, we reserve a 24-hour block on our internal calendar for each day of your package. This time block allows for:

Guaranteed Non-Overlap: The room and staff are held solely for you, preventing any concurrent client bookings.

Flexible Timing: It allows our staff the necessary flexibility to accommodate varied surgical schedules, delayed arrivals, and to safely manage transitions.

Sanitization and Preparation: It covers the necessary time required for deep cleaning, sanitization, and preparation of the room for the next client.
Important Note: The 24-hour internal calendar block is a scheduling tool and does not represent the client's billable hours. Your invoice reflects the flat-rate package price for the duration of the guaranteed service period.
Standard Check-In and Check-Out Times
While we remain flexible to accommodate patient needs related to surgery, the physical availability of the room follows a standard schedule to ensure smooth transitions:

Standard Check-In Time: 11:00 AM

Standard Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Policy on Adjustments: Requests for early check-in (before 11:00 AM) or late check-out (after 12:00 PM) must be approved by management in advance. Depending on the duration of the requested adjustment and the current facility booking volume, such requests may be subject to an additional fee. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these times to allow us to maintain a pristine and ready environment for all guests.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:

2.1 Cancellation Requests: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.

2.2 Cancellation Standards: - Cancellations are only honored for medical emergencies. You must have an acceptable written statement from your physician or surgeon. If your date is moved or changed, we will accommodate your payment/deposit and apply it to your new rescheduled date.

2.3 Non-Refundable Deposits: Please note that any deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable, as specified during the reservation process.

2.4 Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be issued according to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days after the cancellation request is processed (timing for funds to apply to your account may vary as it is according to your bank). All deposits are non-refundable. If you paid in full, you will be refunded the difference of the deposit if the refund is approved.

2.5 Please note that Royal Recovery Post-Op Retreat Las Vegas reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. It is recommended that you review the policy regularly for any changes. In the event of any discrepancies, the most recent version of the policy will be applicable

2.6 Early Checkout is non-refundable unless approved by staff and ONLY for life-threatening medical emergencies.
